PAYMENT POLICY
For designs which have been estimated at up to $500 + applicable tax, We require full payment before we begin the work.
For yearly domain name registration and hosting services, we require the full one year fee at the time of setup.
For designs which have been estimated at between $500 to $2,000 , we require a 50% deposit on the estimated cost of your design at the time we begin work for you (plus the applicable tax) and the remainder within 7 days after we have substantially completed your design. Should completion be delayed beyond normal completion time of 4 weeks or less due to the client's inability to provide us with all necessary information for varying reasons, we will then invoice you for the accrued time spent on your site, and will invoice you for the remainder of the work at a later date, once you have been able to give us all your material.
For designs which have been estimated at over $2,000,we require 1/3 of the estimated price before we begin, 1/3 at the time of client approval of the initial design and the remainder within 7 days after we have completed your design. Should completion be delayed beyond normal completion time of 4 weeks or less due to the client's inability to provide me with all necessary information for varying reasons,we will then invoice you for the accrued time spent on your site, and will invoice you for the remainder of the work at a later date, once you have been able to give us all your material.
In the case of delinquent accounts (overdue by over 60 days), Lettington Designs Inc. reserves the right to remove the website content from the server until such time payment has been received. Once payment and interest has been received, Lettington Designs Inc., will endeavour to reinstate the website content as it was before it was removed.
